From West Woodland's Project Manager, Jason Nix:

I am very pleased to announce that the West Woodland Business Center has received final approval and full occupancy from SDCI.

The project broke ground in March of 2018, and now stands as a four-story, 72,820sf structure with over 30,000sf of completed and operational tenant space. This was a tough job, even by tough job standards, but it’s a finished product that this team, and our company as a whole, can & should be proud of.

This building needed everybody’s best efforts. While we weren’t always perfect, we came together and handled each challenge with whatever combination of brains and brawn were necessary to push through. Great appreciation goes out to Brad Maddox and the field crew, John Dahlman, Ben Wade, May Jensen, Bryan Ploetz, and our trusty field general, Tim Clark. I think we all learned a lot here, and I’m certain those lessons will be very valuable as we move on to our next endeavors.
