Project Completion: Hogum Bay Logistics Building 4

"All, This is long overdue but thanks to Jarrod Cooper and Dan Rind taking over and doing me a huge favor, Hogum Bay Logistics Building 4 received a C of O yesterday upon completion of the TI for Westrock.

Both HBL shell buildings 4 & 5 broke ground back in June 2018 and were wrapped up in March this year. The two buildings combine for 300,000 SF of 32’ Clear shell space for IDS located in beautiful Hawks Prairie, WA. Also included in the project was about 3/4 of a mile of brand new 2-lane roadway and frontage connecting Hogum Bay and Marvin road with multiple retaining walls and some work widening Marvin Rd.

A huge thank you to Andy Bley, Dan Reed, Alex Stephens, Katelyn Fitzgerald, Dan Rind, Phil Leu and Tommy James for helping throughout the multiple phases on this project. Thanks to everyone involved, building construction went extremely smooth and stayed ahead of schedule even with a “choose your own adventure” set of plans and most of our finishes going on during wet-weather months (i.e. Painting during SNOWPOCALYPSE 2019)

Also a big COSMO STYLE thanks to the Uline guys Andy Repass, Keith Liebhauser, Jeff Walker, Donny Gee and Ron St Jean for laying most of the underground work for our building pads before we even showed up."
