Meet Project Engineer Ryan McCarty!
Ryan grew up in Tacoma, WA and later attended the University of Washington persuing a Construction Management degree. "I have always thought the construction industry was a great way to stay active and engaged in the work being done and has always been interesting to me to watch the progress of something being built."
Prior to starting here at Sierra, Ryan wasn't far from the construction industry. "I worked as an intern for a track home developer building 60+ home neighborhoods." Ryan fits in with the crowd here at Sierra, enjoying golfing and fishing!
What is the best advice you've ever heard?
Live life out of your imagination, not your history.

Top three life highlights?
1. Graduating college
2. Swimming at state championships 3 out of 4 years in highschool
3. Going to disneyland and a cruise with my closest friend
Favorite vacation spot?
I love Hawaii and want to go back and enjoy the nice beach and weather.
