Meet Michael Hagen!

Michael graduated from WSU with a Construction Management degree. "I researched many companies around Washington and talked to people throughout the industry with them all speaking extremely highly about Sierra. After interviewing with Sierra it seemed like a great fit and I look forward to my future."

"In highschool I was a valet in Bellevue and Seattle. In college I interned for various construction companies during summers before beginning with Sierra. I was drawn into the construction industry due to the unique challenges that require creative problem-solving, all while being engaged in the process of constructing structures. I found this provides a profound sense of achievement and satisfaction."
