Please welcome Project Engineer Louis Paul to the Woodinville office! Louis has a Civil Engineering degree from Gonzaga University, and grew up in Friday Harbor, WA.
What attracted/brought you to Sierra?
I liked the idea of working for a company that empowers it’s employees by giving them the responsibility and authority to be an effective team player. I knew I wanted to start as a project engineer after separating from the Navy and Sierra seemed like the perfect team to join.
What is one thing you couldn’t live without?
Coffee!

I spent 4 years as a Civil Engineer Corp (CEC) Officer in the Navy.
How do you spend your pastime?
Spending time w/ my wife Courtney and sons Logan (7) and Grayson (1.5), woodworking, playing ping-pong and coaching my son’s soccer team.
