Josh Goodrich, a recent Central Washington University graduate, officially joins the Sierra family after spending two summers with the company; first in the field, then as an intern. Raised in Carnation, WA, Josh loves the construction industry because of it’s fast paced nature. “You never stop learning.” In his off time, you will find him in the great outdoors. “Hunting, hiking, snowboarding. Whatever is in season.”
