After an extended process of finalizing paper work with the city, we received final C of O today for the Epoch Industrial Project in Arlington. We received the TCO on May 14th. The Epoch team started stocking the warehouse with inventory soon after and has now made the official move to their new office.
The project featured 11 dock levelers, infiltration gallery and city street improvements. We also poured the entire main slab in one pour, about 800 yards of concrete.
We turned over the building about a month ahead of schedule and the client and City of Arlington are more than pleased with how the building turned out.
