Employee Spotlight: Project Manager, Luke Lambert!

Luke has been a Sierra employee since 2016. After graduating from the University of Washington, he began here as a Project Engineer on Edition Apartments in Bothell. He has since been a critical part of both Buildings 1 and 2 of the Terrace Station project in Mountlake Terrace.

No surprise, his favorite project type is multi-family. "I've really enjoyed the multi-family projects I have been involved with for the past 5 years." Yet, why did he ultimately decide on the construction industry? "My grandpa was a custom home builder. Growing up I was always interested in his work."

In his off-time you can find him in the great outdoors, depending on the season; fishing, hunting or snowboarding.
