Completed: Marysville Corporate Center 101-104

Cahill

"All,

I’m happy to announce that after a long wait for electrical gear, we’ve received TCO on ALL four buildings at Marysville Corporate Center.

With work able to at the end of June 2023, the design and schedule presented the unique opportunity to have the entire site buttoned up before the fall. With a lot of push from the team, not only were all retaining walls, curbs and first lift asphalt complete, but all four buildings were tilted within just 4 months of our start date. A wet and cold winter didn’t make it easy to wrap up finishes but Tim and Conor pulled everyone across the finish line and were to get the buildings ready for punch in April.

A huge thanks to Tim Clark, Conor Cahill, Katelyn McNeely, Andres Arredondo, Jacob Durden, and Kirk MacGowan who all made this possible with a frequently absent PM.

Also, a big shoutout to DKS who pulled off a 100% turnkey concrete package and TayEx who handled a tricky site with poor soils, both in record time."
