Completed: Fred310 Buildings D & G

Fred310 5-2024

"All,

I am thrilled to announce the successful completion of two monumental new-construction projects that have significantly contributed to our company's achievements – Fred310 Building G, and Building D. Both projects were completed within about a month of each other, showcasing our team’s exceptional dedication and hard work. These projects have been a testament to our collective effort and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Building G, a 611,000 square foot tilt-up warehouse which includes 3,500 SF of office buildout, began in May 2023. Despite facing challenges such as weld-quality issues with roof joists, which required sending back approximately 50% of already-delivered joists, we successfully achieved substantial completion on 04/30/2024.

Building D, a 750,000 square foot tilt-up warehouse which includes 5,500 SF of buildout and a slew of warehouse upgrades, began in July of 2023 and achieved TCO on 05/29/2024 – marking another successful project with a satisfied client & tenant. Approximately 60% of building D is now leased to GE/Haier.

I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to each and every one of you who contributed to the success of these projects. Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to excellence have been truly commendable.

Special recognition goes to the following team members for their outstanding contributions:

  • Jason Nix: For his attention to detail, exceptional leadership, and ability to navigate unforeseen situations.
  • Dan Reed: For his exceptional management skills, including overseeing the Fred310 site at the same time as building G.
  • Zach Redelf: For his patience and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. The progress he has displayed as a 1st year PE is something to be proud of.
  • Josh Goodrich: For his invaluable support in managing the day-to-day of Building D, allowing me to focus much of my attention on Building G while also keeping my head above water.
  • Billy Hohenstein: For his exceptional leadership skills and ability to keep a clear head when shit hits the fan.
  • Lisa Diebler: For her pivotal role in spearheading the contract administration and management of all project teams on a complex multi-building site. Managing these projects “neatly” wouldn’t have been possible without her efforts.
  • Ricardo Gutierrez, Brandon Henderson, and the entire field crew: For their hard work, and dedication on site.
  • Sam Evans: For laying the groundwork that enabled me to dive into these projects head-on.
  • Andy Bley: For putting up with my spontaneous new-budget questions and offering guidance when needed.

Let's celebrate this success together and continue to strive for excellence in all our future endeavors."

Project Manager, Donny Gee
