Some of you may remember that in 2022, Sierra Construction joined the competition for the 2022 Best Workplaces title. As part of this competition, all full-time employees were requested to complete an optional survey. Our goal was to use the results to gain insight and provide a venue for employee feedback. Sierra Construction ended up with the #22 ranking out of 230 competing companies!
While we didn't partake last year, it was decided that Sierra would once again join the race for 2024!
Surveys will be completed in early April; so in the coming weeks, please watch for further instructions.
