2024 State of Sierra: Review

2024 STATE OF SIERRA GROUP reduced

What a whirlwind the first part of this year has been!

Back on April 18th, we held the annual State of Sierra event at McMenamins in Bothell. The weather worked in our favor for the first time since 2019 allowing us to get a group photo outside. Subcontractors provided prizes and swag giveaways, which were handed out with a variety of ways to win.

We also invited representatives from our benefit's companies for a vendor fair during social hour! We hope you were able to take advantage of the opportunity and learn more about what each company offers you as Sierra employees.

When you RSVP'd for the event, we also collected votes for the WA and OR subcontractor's of the year. This year, Sub of the Year title went to:

MASONRY MAINTENANCE SPECIALISTS & MILL PLAIN ELECTRIC

We then moved on to highlight the People of Sierra. Some information shared included age demographics, as well as the impressive average tenure's of Sierra employees.

Plus, we highlighted the 24 individuals that have tenures of over 20 years with Sierra.
